You are responsible for You take responsibility for revision, maintenance, maintenance as well as troubleshooting of our heating, ventilation, cooling and sanitary systems (HLKS) You carefully document your work in our CAFM system and keep the plant documentation up to date You actively support conversions and new installations and bring your knowledge to bear in a targeted manner You coordinate and supervise external service providers in the HLKS area and ensure the quality of the services provided You work closely with your colleagues from the areas of electrical engineering, automation, medical technology and infrastructure and contribute to interdisciplinary cooperation You are willing to perform standby duty six to seven times a year You bring You have at least two years of experience in maintenance and are motivated to get to know new systems and trades You ideally have training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency or a degree as a ventilation system builder EFZ, refrigeration system fitter EFZ, sanitary installer EFZ or are willing to further train in these areas You enjoy expanding your knowledge and developing further in adjacent fields You work independently, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner You have very good German language skills (mother tongue) and a driver's license category B
