Purchasing Agent

WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Analyze sales forecasts and production programs to identify raw material and packaging needs
• Develop and adjust procurement plans based on needs and stock levels
• Plan and monitor supplier orders while ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines
• Anticipate stockout risks and implement necessary actions to secure supplies
• Optimize stock levels to guarantee product availability while limiting overstock
• Coordinate activities with the Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure continuity of operations
• Monitor performance indicators, manage supplier disputes, and contribute to continuous process improvement

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• CFC as a commercial employee, logistician, or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by higher education in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good mastery of an ERP (Infor M3 is an asset) as well as standard office tools
• Good understanding of stock indicators (coverage, rotation, safety stock) and the ability to analyze them to anticipate needs.
• Excellent mastery of French or German, with good knowledge of the other language and English
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills, combined with great rigor and a constant concern for quality in the execution of tasks.
• Autonomy, reactivity, and team spirit, with the ability to adapt effectively to unforeseen circumstances
