Start date: 1st October 2026
In principle attached to the home care sector, you will also be required to carry out occasional missions within the accommodation and hospital sectors.
Your mission:
Ensure basic care and medico-technical care within the scope of your competencies
Accompany clients in activities of daily living
Observe the health status of clients and transmit relevant information to the team
Participate in the implementation and monitoring of care plans
Promote autonomy and maintenance of clients at home
Ensure rigorous and complete documentation of the services performed
Actively participate in the quality and continuity of care
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in the management of the client
Your profile:
Holder of a CFC as Assistant in community nursing and health (ASSC) or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland
Marked interest in home care and the support of persons with varied needs
Autonomy, sense of responsibility and capacity for adaptation
Good interpersonal skills and sense of listening
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
Organization, reliability and flexibility
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle available are indispensable for the exercise of the function
