Caretaker (Hausmeister) Work location: Hotel Chalet Swiss, Interlaken Workload: 100% Your tasks • General maintenance and care of the hotel (interior and exterior areas) • Minor repairs as well as sanitary and building technical maintenance work • Care of the building technical systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary) • Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen and service providers • Ensuring order, cleanliness and operational safety Your profile • Manual experience in the caretaker, building technology or sanitary field is an advantage • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working • Good German skills • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays • Swiss citizenship or valid work permit We offer • Employment under local and industry-standard conditions (L-GAV Gastgewerbe) • A well-coordinated team in a family environment
