Service Technician 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

for diagnostic systems in the medical field, immediately or by arrangement

This is your job

• Service visits as well as calibrations at the customer site
• Independent organization of appointments for service visits
• Technical and specialist support via remote maintenance as well as on-site (1st and 2nd level support)
• New installations of systems and instructions at the customer site
• Installation and support of software products and smaller networks based on Windows
• Performing repairs on medical devices
• Travel activity is approx. 60-80% (German-speaking Switzerland)

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a multimedia electronics technician, electrical installer, electronics technician, automation technician or similar
• Basic knowledge in the IT field (MSQL, databases, GDT interface, PIS, KIS, HL7 interface)
• A few years of professional experience as a service technician in a technical environment is an advantage (but not a requirement)
• High customer and team orientation
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Business fluent in German, good English skills, French and/ or Italian skills would be a plus
• High willingness to travel
