As Head of Technology & Maintenance, you are the head and backbone of our technology team. You and your team ensure that everything runs smoothly and that we continuously develop our systems further. What you are allowed to achieve with us: As a leader, you coordinate and motivate a well-rehearsed team of electricians & mechanics. As a planner, you ensure that maintenance and revisions are carried out professionally. As a purchaser of spare parts and services, you ensure that we lack nothing. As a technically knowledgeable contact person, you contribute actively and in a solution-oriented manner. As a project manager, you make our systems & infrastructure better and more efficient. What you should bring: Higher technical education HF/FH in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial systems or similar. Experience and success in maintenance and project management Leadership skills and a hands-on mentality A good overview – even in hectic phases Humor – always helps, especially when things don't run smoothly.
