For our Steinhausen ZG site, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Process Engineer m/f 100%.

About the position ##

As a Product Specialist, you are the architect of our next-generation semiconductor assembly solutions, driving the development and optimization of high-precision chip bonding systems from end to end.

Your areas of impact ###

• Development of systems and processes
• Participation in the development or extension of existing "Die Bonder" machine modules and associated software, according to current or future customer requirements
• Definition of specifications for an interdisciplinary development team - mechanical, electronic, software, automation
• Planning, execution and interpretation of laboratory tests to identify appropriate system parameters and sequences
• Optimization of the overall system with a focus on precision, repeatability and productivity
• Development of new "Die Bonding" process technologies or extension of existing ones: analysis, modeling, design and testing
• Support to internal and external customers worldwide

Your profile ###

• Master or Bachelor in engineering (mechanical, electrical or mechatronics)
• Completed technical or scientific studies FH, ETH, haute école or university, preferably in the field of microtechnology, physics, mechanical engineering or materials science
• Professional experience in an international environment
• Profound mastery of English indispensable, knowledge of German appreciated
• We are looking for a motivated team player capable of working flexibly and efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and managing interfaces with multiple teams and organizations
• Availability for travel (10%)
