Axepta is looking for, for one of its partners, a recognized company in the field of technical building installations in Genève, a Sanitary Project Manager.

As part of the development of its activities, our client wishes to strengthen its team with a profile capable of taking charge of sanitary projects autonomously, from the study phase through to completion and site supervision.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sanitary projects in their entirety.
• Ensure the technical, administrative, and financial management of projects.
• Prepare and monitor offers, tenders, and budgets.
• Perform or supervise technical studies and dimensioning of sanitary installations.
• Establish and control plans, diagrams, and technical files in collaboration with design offices and draftsmen.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders: clients, architects, engineers, partner companies, and subcontractors.
• Ensure site supervision and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure the follow-up of decisions and actions.
• Control the conformity of installations with current standards and regulations.
• Manage material orders and ensure follow-up with suppliers.
• Participate in the acceptance of installations and the closing of projects.
• Be the primary interlocutor for the client throughout the project.

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of sanitary, building technology, or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing sanitary projects in Switzerland / France.
• Good mastery of sanitary installations and building techniques.
• Experience in site management and coordination of various stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations related to the sanitary field.
• Mastery of standard IT tools; knowledge of drawing or planning software appreciated.
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and customer orientation.
