Your tasks

• Providing first aid: You grab tickets and calls from our locations, filter the situation and tackle the problem at its root.
• Solving & forwarding: You crack many nuts yourself directly. When it gets really complex, you bring our system and network cracks on board.
• Staying up to date: In the event of malfunctions or system adjustments, you maintain an overview and inform users openly and transparently.
• Order in the system: So that no one is left in the dark, you keep our documentation fresh and understandable.
• Showing flexibility: You take on on-call duty and rare assignments at fringe times in a sporty manner.

Your profile

• Completed IT apprenticeship (Informatiker/-in EFZ) or a comparable backpack full of practical experience.
• Fresh from your apprenticeship in 2026? Perfect - we like to give talents a chance!
• You work independently, think along and do not lose your smile even on stressful days.
• You speak "human" just as well as "IT" and enjoy helping.
• Driver's license Cat. B in your luggage.
