Assistance in the visual and functional testing of electronic assemblies Assembling, mounting, soldering, gluing, painting, press-fitting and panel cutting of electronic assemblies in electronics manufacturing Manual and machine soldering (hand soldering, selective soldering) Press-fit assembly of various components Manual and machine panel cutting of printed circuit boards according to manufacturing specifications Carrying out visual, functional and device tests Quality controls according to work instructions and IPC guidelines Flexible collaboration in various process steps of electronics manufacturing Support with rework, repairs and process optimizations Situational support in various production areas of electronics manufacturing as an allrounder or floater Ensuring a smooth production process through flexible readiness for deployment Operation and monitoring of SMT assembly machines, AOI and X-Ray Several years of demonstrable practical experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS) is mandatory and required Very good knowledge of SMT and THT processes Sound experience in hand soldering electronic assemblies High quality and responsibility awareness Clean, structured and reliable way of working Good manual dexterity and careful way of working Teamwork skills and willingness for flexible collaboration Willingness to work in shifts is mandatory Flexibility for various activities and changing areas of responsibility Experience in selective soldering is an advantage Experience in panel cutting of printed circuit boards is an advantage Experience with press-fit technology is an advantage Experience as an SMT machine operator is an advantage Experience in testing electronic devices or assemblies is an advantage Knowledge of IPC standards (e.g. IPC-A-610) is an advantage Flat hierarchies, direct communication as well as a corporate culture characterized by integrity, courage and responsibility.
