At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: ### • Ensure the monitoring of maintenance and technical building installations. • Autonomously execute inspection and maintenance tasks for technical installations. • Daily processing of work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets. • Perform various troubleshooting and small repairs. • Monitor and accompany the execution of work by mandated companies. • Update existing documentation for electrical installations and maintenance. • Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors. • Building management and control. • Participation in an on-call service. Project monitoring. • Technical optimizations. Your profile: ### • CFC as an electrical fitter or an equivalent title. • Holder of an OIBT article 15 electrician accreditation. • Several years of confirmed experience in this field. • Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small projects. • Good mastery of the regulation aspect of HVAC installations. • Very good mastery of French, spoken and written, another language is an asset. • Good mastery of standard IT tools. • Valid driver's license. • Team spirit. • Great adaptability and a strong sense of priorities. • Service and solution-oriented.
