We manufacture mechanical movements as well as technologically and qualitatively high-quality quartz movements for wristwatches. Precision. Quality. Teamwork. In surface treatment, you refine the smallest components, ensure the highest quality with skill and experience, and actively contribute to our team.

What you drive ##

• Deburr, polish, fine-polish, and inspect watch components according to work and inspection instructions; in case of missing or incorrect instructions as well as processing errors, inform the foreman and department manager immediately.
• Comply with quality, AVOR priorities, and the FIFO principle, and process and forward express parts and goods with a storage time of over three months as a priority.
• Organize material flow and inventory levels clearly; correctly label and document reworked goods, split items, and blocked goods. Document numbers and corrections to the production order are made exclusively by the department manager with a signature and date.
• Perform preventive maintenance, systematic checks, and periodic maintenance on machines, systems, and tools, as well as ensure order, cleanliness, and regular data backup.
• Consistently comply with safety regulations and personal protective equipment; in the wall installation area, additionally ensure the procurement, distribution, and documentation of alcohol (fine spirit) in accordance with regulations.

• Experience: You bring technical understanding, manual dexterity, and have been processing micro-parts (watch parts or medical technology) in the area of deburring and sandblasting for at least 5 years.
• Quality awareness: With your independent, reliable, and precise way of working, you successfully fulfill your tasks every day. You act responsibly and always keep quality in mind, even in challenging situations.
• Team player: You are a team-oriented, committed, polyvalent, and flexible personality with assertiveness.
• Language proficiency: You communicate confidently orally and in writing in German (C1 level).
