Compliance with legal requirements. (e.g. laws and regulations) Ensuring certifications and quality assurance. Analysis of market trends and consumer behavior Identification of optimization potential in the assortment. Competitor observation and benchmarking Planning of product launches and discontinuations. Control of the product life cycle Monitoring of inventory levels and sales figures. Creation of assortment analyses, KPI tracking and creation of reports and decision templates Provision and processing of product data, texts and content for online shops. Training of sales and customers on the product assortment and new products Organization of internal and external training. Conducting customer consultations and focus groups.
