Accounts Receivable Management Clerk

This is your contribution • Ensure efficient and loss-minimizing accounts receivable management and guarantee comprehensive support for BAZG employees regarding accounting, organizational, and operational questions related to accounts receivable management/finance • Identify customer risks and perform customer segmentation • Lead specialist projects and participate in internal and external working groups; develop solution concepts and support the introduction of new solutions; define functional requirements for the new development and further development of applications • Monitor and implement the ICS in the area of accounts receivable management • Be responsible for accounting tasks and ensure compliance with legal requirements within your own area of responsibility • Participate in the effective and loss-minimizing management of collection procedures What makes you unique • Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting as well as relevant professional experience in accounts receivable management • Sound knowledge of accounting, particularly in accounts receivable and general ledger accounting, as well as confident use of common IT tools, ideally SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power BI) • Affinity for legal and economic issues • Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality with assertiveness, organizational talent, and the ability to independently process complex cases • Proficiency in oral and written expression, methodical and networked thinking, as well as an efficient and structured way of working with a high willingness to learn • Good knowledge of a second official language What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model of Switzerland and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunity, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
