Main responsibilities

• Accompany teams and provide daily technical support
• Plan, organize and monitor production according to priorities
• Resolve problems related to machines, tools, dies and manufacturing processes
• Design, test and implement fixtures and tooling to facilitate the work of the teams
• Create, update and maintain work instructions
• Optimize flows, workstations and manufacturing methods
• Analyze production times and identify areas for improvement

Profile ###

Desired profile

• Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or equivalent training
• Proven experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in production organization and/or methods
• Field profile, comfortable with the concrete resolution of technical problems
• Ability to unite and support teams, with a good sense of organization
• Proficiency with IT tools and production management software
• Taste for designing concrete solutions: fixtures, tooling and workstation improvement
