Job Description

You will join the Electrical Installations and Infrastructure department of cablex in Penthalaz (canton of Vaud). Within an experienced team, you will manage electrical installation and electric mobility projects, from preparation to handover. You will work independently and in a team, in a culture oriented towards quality, safety, and service. Your contribution will focus on varied projects for our clientele and sustainable solutions.

• You manage projects from their preparation until their commissioning and final handover
• You prepare offers, budgets, and measurements
• You plan teams, material, and supplies in coordination with your hierarchy
• You ensure financial monitoring, invoicing, and project profitability
• You supervise and accompany employees on construction sites
• You participate in meetings with clients, architects, and engineers;
• You guarantee quality, compliance with NIBT standards as well as safety rules, and you maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners

Your skills

• CFC as an electrical installer or a title deemed equivalent
• Federal Brevet as an electrician project manager in installation and safety, training in progress or equivalent title
• Confirmed experience in electrical project management in Switzerland, mastery of Swiss standards and regulations
• Mastery of planning, costing, and measurement tools
• Sense of responsibility, quality, and service
• Excellent organizational, anticipation, and decision-making skills
• Taste for site supervision, ability to motivate a team
• Very good French, other national languages an asset
• Valid driving license
