Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII Your tasks Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Taking over tasks as a primary nursing contact person Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the RAI nursing needs assessment Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits Taking over day responsibility with coordination of the day team Leading case discussions and nursing reports Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Readiness for night shifts Your profile Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex desired A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of diverse challenges Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
