Integral Capacity Management ensures the central and cross-departmental planning of all hospital capacities. The goal is a balanced, transparent, and efficient control of operations, beds, and outpatient clinics along the entire patient pathway in close interdisciplinary cooperation. It is the hub and focal point of our hospital and the first point of contact for patients regarding questions concerning registration and admission for a hospital stay.
You will take on a central leadership role in Integral Capacity Management (IKM). In doing so, you will combine organizational skill with leadership strength and a pronounced service orientation.

Your tasks
Operational and personnel leadership of the Integral Capacity Management (IKM) team
Support the IKM management in the further development of the IKM area
Ensuring optimal patient care and planning
Contact person for patients regarding questions concerning registration and admission
Efficient appointment scheduling in the Peri-OP and OP-Management areas
Capacity planning of outpatient clinics
Patient-oriented allocation of beds
Supervision of the anesthesia outpatient clinic
Interdisciplinary cooperation
Your profile
Leadership experience or proven potential to take on a leadership function
Completed training in healthcare at HF/FH level
Experience in allocation, OP, or capacity planning is an advantage
Strongly organized, solution-oriented, and resilient personality
High social competence as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
Networked thinking, sense of responsibility, and an independent way of working
Good IT user knowledge as well as enjoyment in the optimization of processes

You work during office hours from Monday to Friday.
