Building Services Technician Sanitary EFZ Work location Zug Workload 100 % Start of work 01.09.2026 or by arrangement What awaits you <br /> • Operation, maintenance and upkeep of sanitary facilities and wet rooms • Maintenance and flushing of sewerage systems • Care of water retention shafts, rainwater pumps and outdoor water connections • Independent execution of repair and assembly work from service desk orders • Planning and execution of technical inspection rounds • Documentation of work as well as initiation of suitable measures in case of malfunctions • Cooperation with various internal stakeholders and support of the product team • Participation in on-call service as well as in the alarm group • Support within the department across different trades <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Completed vocational training in the field of sanitary, building technology or comparable technical training • Experience in the operation and maintenance of technical infrastructure systems • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • Enjoyment of working with different stakeholder groups and strong communication skills • Good IT user knowledge • Willingness for on-call service • First-aid training is an advantage • Driver's license category B required <br /> Ready for us?
