Group Leader External Services

To strengthen our Services department, we are looking for the beginning of October 2026 or by arrangement a

Group Leader Services (80 - 100%)

In our team, the external services, you work in forestry, during clearances, one-time or regular disposals, maintenance and cleaning work, etc.
We are where hands-on effort is required.
As a Group Leader, your assignments are carried out with a small or large group of participants, depending on the type of work, whom we support primarily on behalf of social assistance. As an Agoge, you empathically and supportively promote our participants in the course of the labor market measure in the sense of our employment program.

What is my function?

• You lead a work group of up to 12 people; you lead, coordinate and actively work with them
• You involve our participants in the execution of the daily tasks and give instructions, instruct, control the results, give feedback and thus promote their professional and personal development
• Periodically, you conduct assessment interviews with the program participants, the coaches, as well as with the referring agencies
• You support the department head in receiving orders, order scheduling, and preparation for billing
• In crises, you intervene and contribute to resolving conflicts

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in the manual/craft sector as well as all-rounder skills
• High physical and psychological resilience as well as personal reflection and development ability
• Vocational training with leadership experience paired with strong

Social competence (Advantage: Agoge)

• Polished interaction with customers, passers-by, and participants
• Good IT user skills (especially MS-Office) as well as good German skills oral & written
• Organizational talent with maker qualities, team player with a calm and decisive manner
• Driver's license B + D, possibly forklift license
