Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons weakened in their physical and psychic integrity during their life process.

We are looking for our establishment, the EMS Contesse in Croy, which welcomes 36 Persons and which specializes in the field of geriatrics:

Cook (F/M/D) - CDI - 50%

In collaboration with the chef de cuisine, you ensure the preparation of meals and guarantee quality catering services meeting the needs of the Persons. You are responsible for the good organization and smooth functioning of the kitchen and ensure the smooth running of the dining room service. Furthermore, you actively participate in the establishment's events, in the support projects for Persons in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and in the integration of new professionals, apprentices, and interns of the catering service.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS:

• You hold a CFC as a cook and have proven experience in the social field.
• You are recognized for a sense of responsibility and organization as well as an ability to prioritize.
• Team spirit, self-reflection, and communication are part of your qualities.
• Mastery of French (oral + written) and common use of IT tools are acquired skills for you.
