Cleaning Staff on call 10%-100% (m/f/d)

We are a small and family-like cleaning company with a dedicated team. As an owner-married couple, we run our business personally and with a lot of passion: My husband coordinates the assignments on site, while I take care of the office and organization.

To support our team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated personality for flexible assignments on call, immediately or by arrangement.

The position is ideal as part-time employment or an attractive side income – for example, for students, moms, dads, single parents, or people who want to design their working hours flexibly.

Your tasks

• Apartment and end-of-tenancy cleanings
• Basic cleanings
• Assistance with further cleaning work as needed
• Careful handling of cleaning agents, equipment, and customer objects
• Close cooperation with the project management and the existing team

Your profile

• Experience in cleaning or serious interest in getting to know this field
• Willingness to learn new things and to be trained carefully
• Driver's license category B mandatory
• Good oral German skills
• Reliable, careful, and efficient way of working
• Physical resilience
• Temporal flexibility
• Friendly, open, and uncomplicated personality
• Enjoyment of working in a team
