Healthcare Worker (Kant. Unterkünfte AG)

Your tasks

• Ensuring basic medical care in cooperation with the care team and external specialist centers
• First point of contact for health concerns, performing triage and initiating necessary measures
• Care and support for acute and chronic illnesses as well as psychological distress
• Organization and coordination of doctor, hospital, and specialist center appointments
• Maintaining health documentation in compliance with data protection regulations
• Conducting training on health, hygiene, first aid, and prevention
• Participation in health promotion and prevention offers
• Cooperation with authorities, partner organizations, and emergency services

Your profile

• Training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe), Medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in EFZ (MPA) or equivalent recognized medical or nursing training
• German language skills at least B2, basic English skills, French language skills an advantage
• Experience in triage, medical care, and coordination
• Experience in dealing with vulnerable persons
• Sense of responsibility, empathy, and resilience as well as flexibility
• Careful documentation and reliable way of working
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory
