Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41245 Published on 07/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### • Work on CNC lathe for the manufacture of medium and large-sized parts • Machining of parts in bar or casting, in accordance with plans and required tolerances • Adjustment, production monitoring and necessary adjustments during machining • Dimensional self-control of produced parts to ensure quality conformity • Active participation in continuous improvement and proposal of technical optimizations Profile ### • CFC in polymechanics, production mechanic or equivalent training • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function in turning • Good versatility on medium to large capacity machines • Comfortable with reading plans, dimensional controls and tolerance compliance • Meticulous, autonomous, proactive person who appreciates team work • Proposal force, open to change and method improvements Benefits: • Good social conditions • Varied, interesting and autonomous work Tourneur CNC (H/F) / Fixed
