Department Manager: focus on gerontopsychiatry

Tasks You lead a gerontopsychiatric department with 13 residents. You lead a team of 12 employees including apprentices and students. You bear the operational and personnel responsibility for your team. You ensure professional and individual care together with your team. You are the contact person for residents, employees and the management. You communicate clearly, lead appreciatively and act in a solution-oriented manner. You work in the management team and actively develop operational and care concepts. Requirements Training as a nursing specialist HF with experience in psychiatry. At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable function. Further education in leadership or willingness to complete this promptly. You communicate clearly, appreciatively and at eye level. You take responsibility and lead your team with competence and commitment.
