• Independent execution of control, maintenance, and repair work on modern production plants
• Early detection, analysis, and sustainable rectification of malfunctions to ensure high plant availability
• Initiation and implementation of optimization projects to improve processes and workflows
• Active cooperation with various specialist departments to promote open communication and continuous improvement
• Requirements
• Completed training in a mechanical or comparable technical profession with relevant specialist knowledge
• Readiness to undertake early and on-call shifts during 3–5 weeks annually to ensure plant availability
• Structured and independent way of working as well as quick comprehension of new technologies and tasks
• Open, communicative, and goal-oriented personality with enjoyment of teamwork and taking on responsibility
• Very good German skills and driving license category B for flexible assignments in the company and on-site
