Assistant Paint Shop / Preparation (m/f/d)

To support a painter, we are looking for a reliable and physically fit assistant. You will assist in the preparation of doors, railings, and other metal parts for subsequent painting. Your tasks • Preparing doors, railings, and metal parts for painting • Pre-cleaning and thorough cleaning of the workpieces • Chemical pretreatment of surfaces • Sanding, cleaning, and degreasing • Masking and preparing the surfaces to be painted • Loading, hanging, and moving the workpieces • General support for the painter • Assistance with various tasks in production Your profile • Experience in the field of paint shop, industry, metal construction, or production is an advantage • Manual dexterity • Clean and careful way of working • Good physical fitness and resilience, as larger and heavier doors and railings are also processed • Willingness to work physically • Reliable and motivated personality • Good German skills are an advantage Training as a painter is not mandatory. Manual dexterity, physical fitness, and the willingness to actively support the painter with the preparation work are important.
