Introduction

Tasks

• Reception and care of children, adolescents, and their parents
• Organization and coordination of consultations as well as appointment management
• Telephone triage and contact point for patients
• Performing blood collection, laboratory analyses, and other diagnostic examinations
• Assistance during medical treatments and examinations
• Maintenance and management of electronic patient files
• Service recording and billing according to TARDOC
• Administrative activities and general practice organization
• Ensuring smooth practice workflows

Profile

• Completed training as Medizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ / Medizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in a medical practice is an advantage
• Good knowledge and practical experience in service recording and billing according to TARDOC
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Friendly and empathetic demeanor when dealing with children and parents
• High service orientation and teamwork skills
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
