Your main tasks and responsibilities ###

• Support and further development of the ERP system, including user support in the areas of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change
• Collaboration in projects as well as introduction of extensions and implementation of lifecycle management
• Creation, maintenance and updating of system documentation and user manuals
• Support and coordination of external support partners and suppliers
• Support, analysis and optimization of business and production processes
• Digitalization and further development of existing as well as new business and production processes
• Support for the Finance & Controlling departments

What you bring with you ###

• Completed IT training or studies as well as professional experience in the support of ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of an ERP/PPS system, preferably PSIPENTA
• Good knowledge of production and logistics processes in a mechanical or apparatus engineering company
• Interest in the technologies used and their further development
• High reliability, independence and personal responsibility
• Conscientious, outgoing and flexible personality
• Strong quality and safety awareness
• Proficient German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with ERP multi-site configurations as well as knowledge in Crystal Reports, VBA and Java are an advantage
