Start date: From 21 September 2026 or by arrangement Main tasks: Participation in the administrative management of the office Secretariat, answering telephones, emails, mail. Client reception Invoicing and entry of accounting entries Executive assistance Participation in the drafting of offers and preparation of tender documents Entry of tenders, comparative table Your profile: Dynamic, autonomous personality, with a good spirit of initiative and a sense of responsibility. Methodical, sense of organization, precision and rigor Good oral and written proficiency in French Motivation: Sociable, you are able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
