Your tasks: Precision at the lathe

• Operating modern CNC lathes and machining centers with a clear focus on turning
• Active assistance in setting up the systems
• Quality-compliant manufacturing of turned parts – from single pieces to medium-sized series
• Conscientious execution of first-piece and intermediate inspections directly in the series

Independent execution of necessary program corrections

• Continuous monitoring and timely replacement of machining tools

Thinking ahead and active optimization of existing manufacturing processes in the turning area

• Carrying out weekly routine maintenance on the machines

Qualifications

Your profile: What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ or alternatively unskilled employees with at least 5 years of proven practice on CNC lathes, especially in series production
• Profound experience in chip removal machining with a specialization in turning
• Practical knowledge with Fanuc or Siemens controls is a great advantage
• Mandatory willingness for shifts in a two-shift operation
• An independent and extremely careful way of working
• An uncomplicated and reliable personality
