The Bains de Saillon thermal leisure complex, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a mayens wellness village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness area, and a hotel space with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

In order to complete our team, we are looking for a Group & Seminar Reservations Assistant at 100%, who will work in close collaboration with the Group and Events Manager.

Your profile

• Training in hospitality, tourism or equivalent field
• Initial experience in hotel reservations is an asset
• Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills
• Good mastery of IT tools, notably Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good mastery of French and English; German is an asset
• Sense of customer service, rigor, attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
• Team spirit, reactivity and ability to manage several requests simultaneously

Your tasks

Process group and seminar reservation requests as well as their administrative follow-up

• Record, confirm and manage reservations in the hotel system
• Prepare personalized offers under the supervision of the Group & Events Manager
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of files until billing
• Prepare and transmit service orders to the different departments of the hotel complex
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Group & Events Manager in the daily activities of the department
