We look forward to your application, because with you, innovative logistics solutions become a reality!   What you can achieve • In this role, you will assess the current state, evaluate problems, opportunities, and risks. • You will analyze and optimize business processes and, if necessary, conduct training sessions and workshops in Bern or throughout Switzerland. • You will structure and document procedural and technical requirements in the appropriate tools (such as Confluence, Jira).   • In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will develop solution approaches, create business cases, and check their completeness and accuracy against the respective IT designs and IT detailed requirements.   • Furthermore, you will support the specialist departments and IT in the conception and implementation of new systems and processes. • Last but not least, you will act as an interface between business and IT and ensure that requirements are optimally implemented into technical solutions. • If required, you will support portfolio management in the establishment, management, and further development of an effective project and initiative portfolio.    What you bring with you • You have a university or university of applied sciences degree (or a comparable education) and bring a strong IT affinity.  • You have several years of experience in business analysis. • Methods and tools in the areas of Requirements Engineering, business process analysis, and project management approaches such as Hermes and Scrum are part of your everyday life. • With your profound understanding of operational processes and process automation, you can design solutions efficiently - ideally, you also have experience in the logistics sector. • You are able to quickly transform complex technical requirements into practical and innovative solutions and understand how to specifically fulfill customer needs. • You possess quick comprehension, assertiveness, a sense of responsibility, and high independence, and you maintain focus on the essentials even in hectic situations. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in a first national language and have good knowledge (oral B2) of a second national language as well as in English. • Knowledge in portfolio management and in the preparation of decision-making bases is an advantage.    With you, we are ready for big steps.
