In this newly created key role, you are responsible for building and further developing our market, consumer, and shopper understanding. You analyze market and category trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations from them for our portfolio, our brands, and future business areas. With your insights, you support marketing, sales, and management in making informed decisions and creating sustainable growth for the Rivella Group.

These are your tasks:

• You transform data, trends, and consumer understanding into concrete growth opportunities.
• You develop strategic recommendations for categories, brands, and portfolios.
• You create data-based decision-making foundations for marketing, sales, and management.
• You evaluate the performance of categories, assortments, and market activities and derive optimization measures.
• You actively drive the development of a data- and insights-based corporate culture.

This is your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, marketing, economics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in the FMCG environment, ideally in the areas of Category Management, Market Insights, Consumer Insights, or Marketing.
• Sound experience in dealing with NielsenIQ or comparable market and consumer data.
• Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to translate data into understandable and actionable recommendations.
• Very good understanding of Swiss retail as well as consumer, market, and category trends.
• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working with a high degree of initiative.
• You convince different stakeholders with fact-based arguments and build sustainable relationships.
