Company Description
The Les Etablissements publics pour l'intégration (EPI) have the mission to contribute to the well-being and the social and/or professional integration of persons with disabilities or in difficulty with professional and/or social integration.
The Socio-professional Services are responsible for evaluating the physical, social and learning capacities of persons with disabilities or in difficulty with integration with a view to professional orientation and reintegration. They can also provide socio-professional integration through adapted jobs and training in a production workshop.
We are looking for a socio-professional assistant at 80% to 100% for the packaging & assembly workshop.
Job Description
Coordinate and collaborate with the teams daily to guarantee the execution of production plans, compliance with deadlines and the quality of services.
Be the direct interlocutor for the workshop's clientele.
Ensure the management of raw material and finished product stocks (supply, inventories, rotation).
Analyze production indicators to propose improvement plans.
Participate in the reception and support of persons with disabilities to allow their integration through work.
Manage the activities related to the production of the packaging and assembly workshop by performing tasks and supporting employees in adapted employment and trainees in their execution in order to guarantee quality.
Make activities accessible and adapt workstations to the needs of employees in adapted employment and trainees.
Participate in the realization of socio-professional activities (learning and skill development) and their evaluation, within a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in the organizational improvements of the workshop.
Contribute to the implementation of new equipment and ensure the proper functioning of the installations and production means.
Ensure the maintenance of production equipment and machines.
Perform the administrative and IT tasks inherent to the position.
Qualifications
A CFC in the technical and/or technological field or equivalent title.
A successful professional experience of at least 5 years in light industry process planning.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service are indispensable in the context of privileged contacts with our clients.
Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting persons in difficulty with social integration or a marked interest in social work.
Ease in supervising persons with disabilities and/or in difficulty with integration.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills, rigor, a sense of responsibility and open-mindedness.
Good writing skills.
Mastery of common office IT tools.
Mastery of the French language.
