The Swatch Group is one of the leading training companies in Switzerland. Every year, more than 500 apprentices are trained there in more than 50 trades within 32 companies. Caisse de pensions Swatch Group (CPK), which ensures the management of the occupational pension scheme for the employees of the Group's companies, is among the most important pension institutions in Switzerland. For the August 2027 intake, we are looking for a motivated apprentice commercial employee CFC to discover a specialized field at the heart of social insurance. During your training, you will participate in many administrative tasks and discover, in particular, activities related to the management of occupational pensions as well as the accounting of a pension fund.

Your profile:

You have completed your compulsory schooling

You are curious to discover the world of social insurance

You are comfortable with numbers and administrative tasks

You demonstrate rigor, organization, and precision in your work

You enjoy teamwork while being able to work independently

You are comfortable with IT tools

Languages:

French: native language or excellent level

Knowledge of German or Italian: an asset
