As a reinforcement for our team, we are looking for a IT Support Specialist 40%-50% (m/f) Your tasks * Support of 1st level support for the support and advice of internal customers * Procurement of client hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers and accessories) and setting up of workstations for employees * Staging of work equipment using Microsoft Intune (notebooks/PCs, tablets, mobile phones) * Management of licenses, users, groups and GPOs (Entra ID and OnPrem Active Directory) and maintenance of system documentation and user manuals * Support in the analysis of IT problems in the 2nd level area Your profile * Solution-oriented, goal-oriented and IT-affine personality with completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent education * Interested, committed and customer-friendly person with 2 or more years of professional experience in IT * Good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Windows, Windows Server, O365) as well as in the areas of software distribution, asset management, network (L2/L3), support/service desk and procurement * Experience in agile working methods and project management is an advantage * Secure German in writing and speaking and good English skills.
