The diverse range of tasks includes the management of an assigned real estate portfolio including the leadership of the assigned caretakers. It ranges from ensuring the administrative daily business in the office, through all rental activities, organization and accompaniment of maintenance and renovation projects, to ensuring order and cleanliness in the properties. You can expect a varied real estate portfolio with two shopping centers as well as various commercial and residential properties in the Zürcher Oberland.

Your challenge

• Independent and active management of the real estate portfolio assigned to you
• Competent technical and administrative support of the properties
• You are the contact person for our tenants, entrepreneurs and tradespeople
• Comprehensive accompaniment of a tenancy from the advertisement of the rental object to the return upon moving out
• Implementation of lease amendments and rent changes
• Leadership and guidance of the caretakers on site
• Control of the commissioned external service providers
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements and much more

Your education and personality

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager (or on the way to it) or adequate further training in the real estate sector
• Professional experience in real estate management is required
• High degree of independence, flexibility and resilience
• Exact, efficient and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of dealing with people, competent and professional appearance
• Fluent German in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of common IT programs (Office)
• Driver's license Cat. B and own vehicle
