In this team leadership role, you will take over the technical and operational management of our Inside Sales Agent team and work actively in sales and acquisition at the same time. Together with your team, you will advise our small and medium-sized customers by phone and online, creating real added value for our customers: You will take over the technical and operational management of our Inside Sales Agent team (3 employees) and actively support it in day-to-day business You will coach and develop your team with the goal of continuously increasing sales performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction You will advise interested parties for connected drinking water dispensers in the B2B segment by phone and in online meetings You will work actively in lead processing, new customer acquisition, and expanding existing customer relationships You will set sales impulses, coordinate priorities in the team, and ensure consistent follow-up of opportunities Your profile You have a commercial training or a comparable further education You have in-depth experience in sales, ideally in inside sales or telephone B2B acquisition You have already gained initial leadership experience and know how to steer, motivate, and develop a team in everyday life You combine operational strength in lead processing and new customer acquisition with a high demand for quality, structure, and consistent follow-up You work safely with MS Office and CRM applications and use internal and external research sources in a sovereign manner You convince through reliability, initiative, customer orientation, and a pronounced sales mentality You communicate confidently in German and Austrian German; English or other languages are a plus Look what we have in store for you Appreciation and recognition for your committed work are essential for our meaningful cooperation.
