The production environments concern various industrial sectors and require rigor, versatility, and a sense of responsibility. Responsibilities • Operate, adjust, and monitor automated machines and production lines. • Ensure the supply of machines with raw materials. • Control the quality of manufactured products according to defined criteria (technical sheets, plans, tolerances). • Perform series changes and first-level adjustments. • Perform first-level maintenance and report any technical anomalies. • Keep production documents up to date: reports, control sheets, production follow-ups. • Strictly respect safety, hygiene, and quality standards. • Collaborate closely with the production team and line managers. Profile Essential Requirements • Live in the Broye region or a maximum of 30 minutes' drive (local mobility required) • Driving license and personal vehicle required • Good level of spoken and written French to read technical instructions and complete production documents • Ability to perform physical work, sometimes strenuous, in an industrial environment • Availability for 3×8 team work, including weekends as needed Additional Assets • SUVA forklift license (strong advantage) • Experience in using automated or semi-automated production machines • Knowledge of mechanical adjustments or first-level maintenance • Sensitivity to safety, quality, and hygiene standards • Openness to internal training and willingness to take on more responsibilities • Willingness to commit for the long term (5 years or more) Personal Skills • Rigor and attention to detail • Reliability, punctuality, and respect for instructions • Good physical resistance and rhythm management in 3×8 • Team spirit and effective communication • Sense of responsibility and willingness to evolve Benefits «In case of full satisfaction during the trial period under a temporary contract, a permanent contract at 100% may be offered Contact Information If you have any further questions about this job offer (reference: JN -032026-1002319), contact Gaël Baudois at \*\*\*.
