• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the personal customer portfolio
• Ensuring competent advice on financing issues (housing) as well as standardized advice in the areas of investing and retirement planning
• Development of solutions tailored to needs, taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals, and life situations of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Collaboration in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events, and representative tasks

• Completed banking training or comparable training as well as completed further training in the financial sector
• In-depth specialist knowledge in the areas of investing, retirement planning, and financing
• Good communication skills, high social competence, teamwork skills, and flexibility
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial way of working with a strong customer and sales orientation
• Enjoyment of proactive customer contact
