Your tasks at the new employer:

• You assume overall responsibility for financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payments, and ensure smooth processes through your understanding of numbers
• With your expertise, you prepare relevant financial reports, coordinate budget planning as well as annual closings, and support the audit and external reporting
• As the central contact person for IT and digitalization, you manage the ERP landscape, coordinate external IT providers, and continuously develop existing business processes
• You take care of the payroll for external employees, support contract and insurance management, and support management as a competent interlocutor

You offer your new employer:

• You have basic commercial training focused on accounting or a comparable qualification and bring several years of solid experience in financial accounting
• Additional training in finance and accounting is an asset, as is knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, cost accounting, or fundraising
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, as well as ERP systems such as SelectLine, Abacus, or SAP, and ideally have knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, and VAT according to the CO
• Your autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented personality characterizes you as much as discretion, enjoyment of collaboration, excellent knowledge of German, and a strong affinity for IT
