UX Designer

Tasks

• Full-Stack UX Design in the banking environment from research, ideation, conception, prototyping, validation, specification and quality assurance of implementation
• Development of the required data foundations (research, tests, etc.) and conversion into user flows and screens
• Conceives and designs journeys and features for web and mobile apps
• Collaboration with the UX specialist department and other UX teams for all projects
• Application of digital UX/UI design principles
• Quality assurance of UX/UI in implementation
• Design and evaluation of flows and screens together with the business
• Ensures that brand guidelines are adhered to and design and interaction patterns are used

Requirements

• Experience with design methods along the entire UX process
• Sound knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles
• Experience in managing various stakeholders and their functional needs
• Experience in developing data foundations (research, tests, etc.), as well as in converting them into user flows and screens
• Experience with handling extensive design systems
• Knowledge and experience in the conception of mobile applications on Apple and Android as well as their guidelines
• Fluent German skills

Advantageous

• Experience in the conception of mobile apps
