To strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Sales Manager 100% (w/m/d) Tasks Your extensive main area of responsibility includes the following activities: International market development, care and new acquisition with a focus on FIT / Leisure and MICE (including market analyses) Development, planning, and implementation of sales-promoting measures Regional and international representation of the resort at trade fairs, networking events, and sales trips Organization and implementation of house tours, telemarketing activities, customer events, and fam trips Maintenance of the customer database and creation of statistics Market observation and analysis You bring Joy in dealing with customers, guests, and an international circle of colleagues Completed hotel management school, university of applied sciences, or university degree in the field of business administration, communication sciences, and/or tourism desirable Sales experience in luxury hotels Distinct communication skills, sovereign appearance, and negotiating skills Sales- and revenue-oriented thinking Independent, committed, and self-responsible work We offer you You can expect a varied activity in a modern workplace within a motivated and dynamic team – with numerous benefits: The staff house offers a fitness studio, TV lounge, billiard room, and library.
