Social Pedagogue UMA 50-80% Villmergen from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement fixed-term for 1 year with option for extension Exciting tasks await: <br /> • Social pedagogical and trauma-sensitive care and support of vulnerable, unaccompanied minor youths from the asylum sector in our accommodation with space for up to 72 youths • Support of the youths in the integration process as well as in everyday organization, for example during communal cooking, with household tasks or with school-related topics • Active co-design of a structured and stable everyday life in the accommodation • Building and maintaining a professional and appreciative relationship with the youths based on our concept "Strength instead of Power" • Collaboration in shift operations with day and late shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:30 and 22:30 as well as occasional assignments on weekends and public holidays <br /> What you bring: <br /> • Completed training in social pedagogy at HF or FH level; for foreign diplomas, recognition in Switzerland is required. Ideally, you have professional experience in working with youths, preferably in the migration sector or in social pedagogical care • Empathy, intercultural sensitivity, humor and a positive basic attitude when working with young people in challenging life situations • An independent, solution-oriented way of working as well as psychological resilience to act calmly and deliberately even in demanding situations • Clarity in setting boundaries as well as competence in the constructive handling of conflicts • Communication skills and team experience: Thanks to your flexible and uncomplicated nature, you approach situations pragmatically and work constructively in our large team <br /> Your working environment The population is at the center of the activities of the Department of Health and Social Affairs.
