Carpenter Project Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete project management, from study to realization
• Prepare technical files and coordinate their execution with the different stakeholders
• Perform measurement surveys and take-offs necessary for the proper conduct of construction sites
• Establish and monitor offers, budgets, as well as project invoicing
• Advise clients and propose technical solutions adapted to their needs
• Coordinate purchases and guarantee the availability of necessary materials and equipment
• Participate in the development of new solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

Profile

• CFC in carpentry with a Federal Diploma of project manager, ES technician or higher education in the field of carpentry
• Proven experience in project management and site monitoring
• Very good command of IT tools and professional software such as Cadwork
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities
• Autonomous, rigorous personality, solution-oriented and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills
