A real estate and finance consulting firm based in the city of Zürich accompanies owners in the development and implementation of their real estate projects. For the real estate consulting team, we are looking for a personality with construction experience who wants to develop towards project management and client representation.

Your tasks

• You support the project management and client representation from the initial clarifications through planning and execution to handover
• You read and compare design documents, keep an eye on changes and clarify open points with the planners
• You organize appointments and clarifications with architects, specialist planners and contractors
• You assist with tenders and offer comparisons, prepare meetings and record results
• You accompany site visits and acceptances, document progress and support quality control and defect tracking
• You keep costs, schedules and project documents up to date and, with growing experience, take on your own work packages and smaller sub-projects

Your profile

• Education or sound professional experience in the construction sector, e.g., Zeichner:in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur, Hochbauzeichner:in, Maurer:in, Zimmermann/Zimmerin, Vorarbeiter:in or Polier:in
• You read plans and understand construction processes
• Organized, careful and reliable
• Open in dealing with people, you address ambiguities early
• Enjoyment of digital tools
• Proficient German skills and driving license Kat. B
• Experience with CAD, tenders or construction administration is an advantage; further training in construction management, construction technology or project management is welcome, but not a requirement
