• 28 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Route de Mangold 2, 3977, Granges, 3977 Granges In order to complete our maintenance team at our production site in Granges (VS), we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a Maintenance Manager (m-f) Your mission • Lead and support the maintenance team composed of 3-4 technicians • Monitor and apply EHS standards and work procedures within the factory • Guarantee the availability of installations as well as the optimal use of resources • Organize, monitor and document corrective and preventive maintenance work on the installations • Implement the TPM methodology in operational maintenance • Ensure on-call service on weekends according to a defined rotation • Coordinate and support the operations of external companies Your profile • CFC agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy goods vehicle or similar • Federal diploma of maintenance agent or training deemed equivalent would be an asset • Minimum of 5 years professional experience • Ability to organize, supervise, unite and develop a team • Proficiency in IT tools (CMMS & SAP would be an asset) • Active contribution to promoting the EHS culture of the Saint-Gobain group What we offer you The alternative of varied work.
