As part of our development and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a: IAM System Engineer M/F MISSIONS: • Main missions: Participate in the implementation and evolution of IAM processes (identity and access management), including provisioning, identity lifecycle, recertification, privileged account management, and conditional access policies. • Application support: Accompany project teams on security aspects (security model, choice of OAuth flows) and configure solutions in Azure (authentication, authorizations, provisioning, access rights). • Access management: Administer the application access portal, notably via Entitlement Management on Entra ID. • IAM platform operations: Ensure the maintenance of operational conditions for IAM tools, provide advanced level (N3) technical support, and produce the associated documentation. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: • Profile sought: 3 to 5 years of experience in IAM with solid technical skills (ideally on EmpowerID) and a good mastery of key concepts such as SSO, MFA, and PIM. • Technical skills: Mastery of PowerShell (automation) and knowledge of SQL Server to manipulate databases. • Environments & tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (users, roles, governance), Azure (RBAC, conditional access), and Active Directory. • Protocols & integration: Understanding of authentication standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM) and ability to configure App Registrations and accompany development teams. • Additional assets: Knowledge of Entra Connect, MTO, DevOps, and Terraform. EDUCATION: • CFC in computer science or equivalent • Bachelor in computer science or equivalent LANGUAGES: • French and English B1 minimum NOTE: • On site 1700 Fribourg
