Your mission Perform preparation and finishing operations on components using CNC and conventional equipment. Carry out the various polishing stages and ensure the quality of finishes. Control the dimensional and aesthetic conformity of parts. Define and optimize polishing methods as well as associated tooling. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and ensure production monitoring. Your profile Training as a polisher, watchmaking finisher, or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience in the finishing of watchmaking components. Excellent dexterity, autonomy, and sense of quality. Team spirit, versatility, and sense of organization. Day shift.
